company's mission. They bring with them diverse knowledge of technology, business
consulting and innovation. The member of the board also provides strategic directions
and evaluates major decisions. The board has deep expertise in corporate governance,
auditing and controls, and ensures that Sportingmindz adheres to the highest standards
of corporate governance and share-holder protection.
Sanjay Rao - Director
Sanjay Rao is the founding CEO of Swantha Software Solutions currently renamed as
Sportingmindz. Sanjay right now looks after the business development as well as
the relations of Sportingmindz with clients, partners, alliances, investors and
employees.
He also shares the responsibility for Sportingmindzs' day to day operations with Sandeep
Kannambadi. He has 10 years of IT experience working mainly with product development
companies like i2, Oracle, Wipro, and Symphony. He was responsible for building the
performance testing team in Wipro which has about 100 engineers right now. He has
a Masters degree in Quality & Reliability from University of Warwick, UK.
Sandeep Kannambadi - Director
Sandeep Kannambadi is the co-founder of Sportingmindz. Sandeep has
more than 10 years of engineering and management experience in the software industry.
As CTO, he is in charge of defining and engineering Sportingmindz's products and
customer service.
Prior to his current role as CTO of Sportingmindz, Sandeep worked
for Wipro Technologies Ltd. He was the architect working with clients like M&S.
Sandeep was responsible for engineering and delivering several mission-critical
applications for Fortune 500 companies. He brings considerable focused expertise
in the areas of EAI, mobility and works closely with partners like Intel for newer
products.
Vijay R Bharadwaj - Director
Vijay Bharadwaj brings in a huge expertise and relationship in sporting fraternity.
Vijay has represented Indian Cricket Team during 1999-2002 and has the highest distinction
of being awarded Man of Series in Kenya which was his first International representation.
He understands the business aspects of the industry and works closely with the sales
team and acts as an interface between the sales and the product development team.
Balaji Jaganathan - Director
Balaji Jaganathan founded PURPLE VISION TECHNOLOGIES in the year
2000, which focused on IP led semiconductor design services - which was venture
funded. He sold the company to a French led consortium in the year 2005 and continued
to be the CEO. In the year 2008, he once again split the company in to two to sell
one part of the company to MindTree Consulting, an India based listed company which
is in to consulting services. Balaji has about 19 years of experience and he is Electrical
and Electronics Engineer by education and he has immense interest in sports and
sport science, having represented multiple ball sports at state level in India.
