Prashanth Prakash
Prashanth has over 16 years of experience in Information Technology, Internet product development and consulting services. He started his full-time career at S3 Technologies, a division of GSE systems. Working for them in various capacities he led a team that was responsible for building the next generation Case Tools for real-time simulations (GemCase). Prashanth has also widely consulted for various companies in the US before returning to Bangalore to setup NetKraft in 1998.

As a Founder/CEO of NetKraft he helped define both the Vision and Strategic direction for NetKraft to establish it as one of the leading Offshore solutions company focusing on the Retail and HealthCare verticals. In 2004, NetKraft had 400+ employees with offices in US, France, UK and Belgium, when it was acquired by Texas based Adea Systems. Previously, Prashanth secured two rounds of Venture Funding for NetKraft, from funds based both in Europe and US.

Sameer Mehta

Sameer brings more than 12 years of top-tier strategic consulting, multi-national operating and entrepreneurial business development experience to clients. A former management consultant with McKinsey & Company (USA), he has served a number of leading global industrial and private equity clients. Prior to McKinsey, Sam has held multiple senior business development, technical and operations management positions with Shell, BP, ICI and Exxon in Europe and Latin America. Sam has also held leadership positions within various family business enterprises and startups (healthcare, food processing, real estate investments, technology and imports / exports) in Europe and Asia.

Sameer has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Masters in Manufacturing / Engineering Management (Northwestern University, USA), a Masters and Bachelors in Chemical Engineering (University of Bradford, UK). Sam is a Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) with the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a Professional European Engineer (EUR ING) with FEANI, a Chartered Scientist (CSci) with the Science Council, a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) with the Society for the Environment and a Sainsbury Management Fellow (SMF) with the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.

Vellesh Narayanan

Vellesh brings more than 15 years of diverse product marketing and M&A experience to clients. Prior to founding Atlas, he was Senior Product Manager of Networking Technologies at Wind River (California, USA), where he successfully revitalized the networking team by defining and creating new products that contributed to over $150 million in yearly revenues. At Wind River, Vellesh led the company's acquisition and assimilation efforts in the networking technology space and was responsible for successful acquisition of two companies. Vellesh was also responsible for launching a new sales enablement model focused on enterprise-wide Networking solutions. Vellesh has also held a variety of marketing management positions at Logilent Learning Systems, BroadLogic and Adaptec.

M R Jayaprakash is a Chartered Accountant, with a successful practice in financial services in South India. JP has led the financial due-diligence, corporate valuation, project evaluation, mergers and acquisitions for many venture capital, private equity, multi-national conglomerate and investment banking clients.
